T.G.I.G.F! Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 6 Tbsp Butter, softened
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Lg Egg
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ cup T.G.I.G.F! Baking and Bread Mix
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips

· Preheat oven to 350°

· In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy on medium speed. 

· Add egg and vanilla, blend well.

· In a medium bowl stir together T.G.I.G.F!, baking soda, and salt.

· Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and blend on medium until fully combined.

· Mix in chocolate chips.

· Using a cookie scoop place dough balls on parchment lined cookie sheet.

· Bake for 7-10 minutes in preheated 350° oven. We like softer cookies so I bake them 7-8 minutes. If you prefer crisp cookies bake them 9-10 minutes.
