· Preheat oven to 375°.
· Melt ghee, if using and allow to cool.
· Lightly grease a roll pan or extra large muffin tin
· In a large mixing bowl, add T.G.I.G.F!, yeast, herbs, and salt. Stir to combine.
· In a small bowl combine water with ghee/oil and honey.
· Pour wet ingredients into dry. Beat batter on high for 2 minutes.
· Measure out ¼ cup of batter and place into greased pan.
· Oil fingertips and press dough down into each roll/muffin cup.
· Cover and allow to rise in warm area for 30 minutes.
· Once risen, place into preheated 375° oven and bake for 15-17 minutes until light golden brown.
· Cool on wire rack.
· These freeze beautifully! Cut the rolls in half, wrap with plastic wrap and place in heavy duty freezer bag. When ready to eat, thaw on counter or in microwave 20-25 seconds.
